Dispatch
Orders are prepared from our Queensland warehouse. We aim to dispatch in 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, promotions or public holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timing depends on your address and the carrier selected at checkout. The most current estimate and shipping cost will be shown before you place your order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find the message.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, clean and in their original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back.
How to start a return
Email michael@oslenta.com with your order number, the item you would like to return and a short description of the reason. We will reply with the next steps and return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return relates to a fault or our error.
