We want you to feel good about what you ordered. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, clean and in their original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back.
How to start a return
Email michael@oslenta.com with your order number, the item you would like to return and a short description of the reason. We will reply with the next steps and return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return relates to a fault or our error.
